Log in to your Tech House account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer box, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund eligibility.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technical team inspects the returned unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
