All products purchased from Tech House come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty. We also offer extended protection plans at checkout for accidental damage and hardware failures.

What is your return policy for opened electronics?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item is opened, it must be returned with all original packaging, cables, and accessories to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Are the products sold on Tech House brand new or refurbished?
We primarily sell brand new, factory-sealed electronics. However, we have a dedicated 'Certified Refurbished' section where items are rigorously tested and include a 90-day Tech House guarantee.
